Jacqueline Geroux Joins Grand Traverse Physical Therapy Newest Team Member Handles Scheduling and Billing Traverse City, February 2, 2007 - Jacqueline Geroux has been hired as the new scheduler/biller for Grand Traverse Physical Therapy. In addition to these primary duties, she also handles GTPT's front office, answering phones, liaising with doctors, keeping records and, as she says with a smile, "anything else that I am asked to do!" A native of Alpena, Geroux moved to Traverse City in 2005. She has experience in customer service, office management and medical billing. She also studied psychology and physical therapy at Alpena Community College and is planning to finish her PT degree after her wedding in fall 2007 "Jackie is a valuable addition to our clinic," says Randy Nelson, owner of GTPT with his wife, Penny.  "She brings expertise in billing and interacts with our clients in a very helpful and caring manner."
